{"id":14970,"date":"2020-03-05T13:52:28","date_gmt":"2020-03-05T12:52:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mascar.it\/variable-rate-tramline-vrt\/"},"modified":"2021-11-24T08:47:37","modified_gmt":"2021-11-24T07:47:37","slug":"variable-rate-tramline-vrt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mascar.it\/es\/variable-rate-tramline-vrt\/","title":{"rendered":"Variable Rate Tramline (VRT)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>These machines are used for sowing cereals, rapeseed, soybeans, peas, alfalfa and small seeds.<\/p>\n<p>VRT allows to transform the drive system of the machine distributors from mechanical to electric, allowing <strong>automatic dosage control of the product to be distributed<\/strong>, both seed and fertilizer.<\/p>\n<p>Among the main advantages we have greater precision and sowing speed with reduced working times.<\/p>\n<p>The system consists of an electric motor (for the seed version only) or two motors (for the seed and fertilizer versions), mounted on the machine which replace as a whole the mechanical transmission in the standard configuration.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mascar.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/VRT_web-news_2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The motors communicate with the dedicated <strong>monitor equipped with a 3.5\u201d display<\/strong> which allows a quick reading of all the parameters and provides advanced diagnostic functions, acoustic alarm signals and it is equipped with colored light bars which indicate the system status.<\/p>\n<p>The standard features of the VRT are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working speed<\/li>\n<li>Worked hectares (partial and total)<\/li>\n<li>Tank level<\/li>\n<li>RPM fan<\/li>\n<li>Distributor rotation control<\/li>\n<li>Prestart-Prestop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other optional you can add to the standard VRT system are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seeding control<\/li>\n<li>Electric control for closing the distributor for sectors sowing S.2 and S.4, available for the seed version only (also includes sowing control)<\/li>\n<li>Electronic Tramline VRT 2+2 e 3+3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These machines are used for sowing cereals, rapeseed, soybeans, peas, alfalfa and small seeds.
